What are the properties and characteristics of a high-quality Stainless Steel Angle (304 & 316)?

Grades 304 and 316 of stainless steel find favour for producing angles. A stainless steel 304 angle gets favoured for indoor applications like shelves and bracing. It is easy to weld and machine. However, it is not suited to seawater due to chloride-ion corrosion.
